Every employee has the functions and duties of each, every employee has a role in their respective parts. The product of an industry can be categorized into two major categories of tangible products, known as articles (goods) and the second is known as an intangible product, known as Service (service). Both products are to be received by consumers with a variety of responses depending on the quality of the products are tangible and intangible.

Both products are in desperate need of good quality in order to give satisfaction to the consumer, namely goods (goods) in accordance with customer expectations and services (service) given to make the consumer smile and not complain.

en we talk about quality, whether it is related to quality of product or process or the quality of human resources, the quality of nature which has very volatile or continuously moving. Quality products, processes or human resources will increase or even decreased at any time depending on how these factors work around him. If the quality problem is not a major concern in a company, then the company will not quickly respond to any deviations that occur quality and ultimately the company suddenly faced substantial problems that have been more difficult to handle.

Things like this usually occurs in well-established companies, which all run as normal and as if there are no significant problems. Even if there are proposals for improvements which will make a positive change, often less acceptable to and implemented within the company. With these conditions it will be difficult for a company grows and increases in productivity.
