Without a clear goal, in everything we do, we will not succeed. Also without the “goal” is good then you will not get maximum results. You will be working without direction, like a vehicle moving without direction, in circles, which ultimately did not get to the final destination.
Knowing how much you will get on next month will not make you motivated at work. We also will release the creative power to obtain or achieve the targets we have set.
To make a good goal setting:
1. You must believe that you will be able to achieve success in your sales.
2. Just how you should achieve it.
3. You must write your travel map step by step. Suppose you are targeting sales of 1 billion in one year, you have to break it down into monthly targets.
Smaller again you have to break it down in a few projects you have. Consistency for prospecting is needed because with a good prospecting we will be able to get the correct pattern from month to month and even next year.

en we talk about quality, whether it is related to quality of product or process or the quality of human resources, the quality of nature which has very volatile or continuously moving. Quality products, processes or human resources will increase or even decreased at any time depending on how these factors work around him. If the quality problem is not a major concern in a company, then the company will not quickly respond to any deviations that occur quality and ultimately the company suddenly faced substantial problems that have been more difficult to handle.
Things like this usually occurs in well-established companies, which all run as normal and as if there are no significant problems. Even if there are proposals for improvements which will make a positive change, often less acceptable to and implemented within the company. With these conditions it will be difficult for a company grows and increases in productivity. Maybe in the short term these companies will survive, but not necessarily in the long term the company would survive.
